Most nail techs blame the product when lifting happens.
But products don't solve knowledge gaps.
This client had cuticle attached to the nail plate. If left behind, it will dry out, grow onto the nail, and eventually cause lifting.
The difference between average retention and exceptional retention is often understanding the "why" behind what you're doing.
