2024 was quite a year for us here at Libra Season Films! 🌌

We’re delighted with the response to our debut short film ‘I FORGIVE YOU’. Three laurels, film festival connections and wonderful feedback. 🫶

It was wonderful to see our debut film ‘I FORGIVE YOU’ on the big screen at Nottingham Film Festival last weekend! 🎥

Thank you to everyone who attended the sold out Q***r Programme! 🫶 And thanks to our fantastic crew and .irvine for joining us at the screening! 🫶

We loved hearing audience feedback in our Q&A, connecting with other filmmakers, and meeting the team behind the festival and Mammoth Cinema 🎥

As a treat for watching all 65 films across the 3-day festival, Sarah was invited to present the award for Best Documentary! Congratulations to and the team behind ‘Dancing Through Time’.

Lots of inspiration, new contacts and appreciation for everyone who has supported the first year of our filmmaking adventure 🫶

We’re so excited to be part of Nottingham Film Festival this weekend! Tickets are still available if you’re quick!

🎬 Friday 11th - Sunday 13th October
📍Mammoth Climate Action Cinema, 25 Broad Street, Hockley, Nottingham NG1 3AP

Our debut film ‘I FORGIVE YOU’ has been selected for the Q***R programme on Saturday 12th October between 3-5PM. Tickets start at just £4.

“Screening over 65 short films across the weekend, the programme features sessions dedicated to dance, community, documentary, green futures and q***r cinema.

The festival will showcase shorts, animations, documentaries and experimental works from across the globe. A large part of the programme will feature work from East Midlands filmmakers, celebrating the region’s past and the communities that make it unique.

The festival will allow filmmakers and audiences to connect, create, and collaborate across three days of networking, screenings and parties.”
