A variety of work this week, 5G interference eliminated to a block of Apartments. The transmitter was literally installed overnight without warning, causing interference to all watching freeview. A Cat6 external cable (around 35 metres ) installed with RJ45 sockets from the router to office room. Faulty Starlink Gen 2 swap to Starlink Gen 3. Around 40 metres of Cat6 armoured cable fitted from the house down to the garden room. 3 x WiFi security cameras installed , Battery powered , solar charger and Micro SD cards fitted for loop recording.

Starlink installation, Customer suffering for years with slow speeds, (BT 10MG) to 200 MG with Starlink and a 65 inch LG C5 on a full motion bracket. One aerial removal , before it fell down. This was re- fitted by whoever did the soffitt and fascia upgrade, but not very well, now the fascia has rust marks and needs a new fascia trim. Attention UPVC fitters , call an aerial fitter for a quote for an alternative solution and then offer the customer a choice.
