Freesat Dish upgrade. This customer was experiencing intermittent signal issues with the existing set up. After carrying out a signal test and on closer inspection , a bodged joint in the cable run was detected and due to the age of the dish, the LNB was starting to crack and deteriate allowing water ingress.

It's been a while since I last did a motorised dish installation. This customer wanted to have there existing system Re-installing at a new address, having previously tried a number of different companies , two of the big companies he had booked in, didn't turn up. Other companies said they don't do motorised dish installations. I was recommended by a friend.
Now the customer can recieve thousands of free to air European satelitte channels.

Got a call out this morning to a job as the customer was complaining of pixelation on the Tv whilst watching freeview. The existing aerial was only installed just over a year ago but the customer had lost the companys number/Receipt. The aerial and cable was a cheap budget type allready showing signs of wear and tear and pointing into loads of trees attenuating the signal quality. Three weeks prior to me calling, another company called out, free goverment service and fitted a 5G Masthead amplifier to the existing system but this wasn't the answer. The customer obtained my number from CAI - Association for Audio Visual Professionals .
A new 5G filtered aerial and digital spec cable was fitted to the existing bracketry and mast, pointing at the sub transmitter with a clear line of sight. The customer is now able to view uninterrupted Freeview channels.
