Come rain or shine, in 3 days BlueBird Anthology Issue 2 will go to print!

(Pre-orders are available now via the link in our bio).

This will be about one month behind schedule so apologies to contributors and anyone else who has been eager for the release of issue 2.

Shipping should be much smoother this time though!

As always, all contributors get one contributor proof FREE (shipping only) and can order additional copies for a price roughly covering the production cost (~£7.50) + shipping to gift or sell onward.

The full price is £20 but as long as I have stock of the first print run of an issue it will remain available with a 25% discount (i.e., £15)

If you contributed to an issue 1 and haven’t ordered a contributor copy just a reminder that if shipping costs are prohibitive you can select local pickup on checkout and then message me to enable you to get your contributor proof with free shipping on any pricing option.

I’m starting to run out of copies of issue 1, so once issue 2 has been received here in Nottingham I’m hoping to do a short re-run of issue 1 (with some corrections). The price of the second run of issue 2 for non-contributors at that stage will likely go up from £15 to full price (£20) while the pricing for contributors will just remain the same.

I’m waiting a few more days for a couple of poets to clarify one bio/and return an updated/corrected versions of one submission where I had chased for these late, but if not returned in a few days will go to print regardless to avoid further delays. I’m also expecting to get a single test print of the issue just before so I can spot any defects and correct in the print design before ordering the first batch of issue 2.

Any questions/concerns please let me know and I will try to respond somewhat promptly. If I don’t get back to you promptly drop me another message or try another channel - I’ve probably just missed it!

I’ll get more efficient and generally better at this soon enough!

Issue 2 will be available to order on the website (1x free copy for contributors very soon) - I decided to change the cover of issue 2 (not for ethical reasons this time, but because of a photo I took - see pinned pic for a preview!)
