ILR in the UK will be moved 5 years to 10 years, but considering the following;
Clean criminal record, proper NI contribution, A1 level English language proficiency, will not have any debt in the UK..
Settlement criteria will be ranged from 3 to 20 years depending on the following;
-> General rule will be 10 years to get ILR
-> Who will do voluntary work, will earn settlement in 5-7 years
-> High tax payers will earn settlement in 3-5 years depending on taxes they pay
-> Public service worker (Doctor, Nurse, Engineer etc.) will earn settlement in 5 years
-> Spouse of the british citizen will earn settlement in 5 years including HongKong
-> Gobal talent visa holders will earn settlement in 3 years
-> Innovator founder visa holders will earn settlement in 3 years
-> Study visa, work visa, and legal status holders will earn settlement in 10 years, and A1 degree level English language proficiency holders will earn settlement in 9 years
-> Health and care workers will earn settlement in 15 years
-> Who will clam benefit more 12 months, will earn settlement in 20 years, and less than 12 months will earn settlement in 15 years
-> Refugees or Asylum clamers will earn settlement in 20 years
-> Who entered illegally in the UK will earn settlement upto 30 years
