Ay-up!

Penmon Point Lighthouse is such a calm, easy place to relax. Sea views, fresh air, and that lighthouse right out on the edge - it’s one of those spots you can just take your time at.

Save this walk for summer ☀️ (press the … then save)

Flash & Three Shires Head Circular

I’ve done this walk a couple of times and can highly recommend it when the weather’s good - just be warned, it does get busy on sunny days.

This route takes you out from the village of Flash and across open fields before dropping down to Three Shires Head, where Derbyshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire all meet. With waterfalls, rocky paths and pools along the River Dane that are especially impressive after a bit of rain.

Three Shires Head is a lovely place to stop for a breather or a picnic. After that, the route heads back up and over open countryside before looping you back round to Flash.

This was a lovely waterfall on the way up to Llyn Idwal in Snowdonia National Park - an easy stop along the path and well worth slowing down for 💚
