Somewhere along the way, too many experienced women started making themselves smaller.
-We hesitated before sharing an opinion.
-We worried that everyone else understood the digital world better than we did.
-We convinced ourselves that we needed another qualification, a better website or a perfectly polished plan before we could put ourselves forward.

Meanwhile, people with half our experience and twice our confidence carried on being seen. That isn’t a criticism of them, it’s a reminder to us.
Your experience has value, your voice deserves space, your business cannot grow if the people who need you don’t know you exist.

You don’t need to become louder, younger or someone you’re not but you simply need to stop hiding.
