Here we aim to keep our friends and potential clients up to date with our latest news. Blow & Believe Publications was founded in 1995 as an outlet for the compositional output of Andrew Mackereth. Andrew had been arranging music since his late teens but had very little success in attracting the interest of brass band publishers. It was a friend that admired one of his arrangements for young band

that suggested that other bands might also be interested in buying graded music that would appeal to their less experienced musicians. Blow & Believe was born, and soon adopted the strap line: music for musicians of all ages and abilities.
