Introducing our latest frame technology, AM64.

In this video J.Laverack Co-Founder Dave Clow explains how we use additive manufacturing - a.k.a 3D printing - with 6Al-4V grade titanium to create our frames.

The head tube, bottom bracket, seat-lug and dropouts are additively manufactured and designed parametrically. This allows for a fully bespoke geometry or any standard size between 44cm and 64cm whilst maintaining timeless smooth intersections between the printed areas and the tubes.

Designed exclusively for the .1R, the seamlessly integrated hydraulic brakes are an engineering triumph. Microscopically measured to the exacting tolerances of a Swiss watch, each caliper is precision machined from a single block of high-strength aluminium.

A spark erosion process then completes the details that cannot be achieved from CNC machining so the calipers integrate perfectly with the frame and fork. This hidden bolt approach completely conceals the hydraulic cables.

WE'RE MOVING! The Provender Store Renovation Vlog – EP01

Nestled in the heart of Oakham, Rutland, The Provender Store is undergoing a transformative revival. Once a bustling Midland Railway provender store built in 1911, this 7500 sq ft landmark is being reimagined into a vibrant space and will feature a J.Laverack showroom and workshop, a destination cycling cafe, photography studio & shared office spaces.

To celebrate the transformation of this historic space, J.Laverack is launching a vlog series documenting the full restoration and development. From architectural detail to cafe creation & workshop design, the series will follow the project through to its completion.

Episode One of the series is available now and gives a behind-the-scenes look at how this Victorian building is being reimagined as a modern cycling destination.
