Pubs and venues are closing at an alarming rate, in the first quarter of this year it was 2 per day, that's an increase of 26% on last year.
One of the reasons is VAT.
A campaign started today to reduce the VAT to 10%
Please sign the petition to reduce the cost of your pint and meal out, and to help save the industry.

Nobody wants to be out of work or without some of their favourite nights of the week.

We cant wait to get involved in on the 20th June

To celebrate the one year anniversary of the reopening of The Queens, we are hosting a Family Fun Day. The event is in aid of Derian House Children's Hospice who do amazing work for children who suffer from life limiting illnesses. https://www.derianhouse.co.uk/about-us/

There will be a lot of fundraising activities going on during the day but we are keen to hear from any local businesses who would be willing to donate a prize for the raffle. If you would like to volunteer and get involved on the day, please message via this post.
