A massive thank you to everyone who supported myself, my two sisters, and my niece in our 30 miles in 30 days challenge for Dementia UK.

We started with a target of £1,000 and ended up raising an incredible £2,500 — all thanks to the generosity of friends, family, and all of you who donated, shared, and cheered us on along the way. 💞

This means the world to us after losing our lovely mum to such a cruel disease. Taking on this challenge felt like a positive step in her memory — helping other families who find themselves in the same situation we did.

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you. 💗

This was one of the easy ones. Tbh if it wasn't, I wouldn't even attempt to film it 🫠

Hubby was off, which meant I could throw myself into client work after school runs.
Another win was after-school clubs haven't really started up again just yet (which, let’s be honest, are about to take over life again soon 😅).

Anyone else feel like they are winning at life if your are in your pj's on the sofa before 9pm? 🙋‍♀️ 🙊

This September, myself, my two sisters and my niece are taking on 30 miles in 30 days to raise money for Dementia UK.

We’ve called our team Walking for Eva in memory of my wonderful mummy, who we heartbreakingly lost in November. What many of you may not know is that my mummy lived with Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Misdiagnosed for years, her journey was one of confusion, fear, loss of independence and mobility. Watching dementia take hold of someone you love is something no family should have to endure. 💔

Dementia is a cruel disease that currently affects 982,000 people in the UK, and by 2040 that number is expected to rise to 1.4 million.

With no cure, support for families and research into treatments is more vital than ever.

We’d be so grateful if you could donate anything at all towards our fundraiser or simply share this to spread awareness.

✨ Happy 87th Birthday to my Daddy ✨

In years gone by, I would probably shared moments like this just in my stories… but since losing my Mummy earlier this year, I see things so differently. Milestones like this deserve more than 24 hours — they deserve a permanent place here. 💛

This man is now the heart of our family. He’s been through a lot, yet he still keeps a smile on his face and brings endless fun and laughter to us all.

To my girls, he’s the best grandad — always available for lifts, listening to every story, and clapping along to countless singing and piano shows in his living room. No matter what sport is on in the background, the girls take centre stage 😅

87 years young today and we are so blessed to call him ours. 💫

I dont think I could ever do this again she was so confused. She couldn't even look at the camera when I asked her to 'pretend'. 🙈 Especially saying her best bit of her holiday was the broccoli 🥦😅
