What a difference a year makes.
Last Mother’s Day, I was celebrating with my mummy. Never could we have imagined how our world would be turned upside down 💔
From the bottom of my heart, please—hug the people you love that little bit tighter. Take the photos! I promise you will never have enough! This page has given me that, which I am forever grateful.
At mummy’s funeral, my sisters and I said, “We all wish we had more of mummy’s amazing qualities.” And now, I realise I carry at least one—I love my girls more than anything. That kind of love isn’t just instinct; it’s something I’ve learned from a lifetime of being loved and cared for so well by my own mum. She would have done anything for us, home was always our safe place at any age! This is now all I want for my girls, and I definitely have learned it from the best.
This is a really long caption for social media, so well done if you've got to the end!🫠 Also usually personal for me. My norm being putting on the big smile and only showing up on the good days but always remember there is a whole other reality behind every photo/video you see on here, it's only a snippet in time ❤️
