Clonoe took a major step towards the Intermediate league title with an impressive win away to nearest challengers Eglish. Danny McNulty and Rhys Donnelly got the goals for the Rahillys with Connor McAliskey hitting 0-6 and Darragh McGrath, Declan McClure, Ryan Quinn and Ciaran Corr all on target as well. Ethan Jordan once again led the way in the scoring stakes for Eglish with 0-8 to his name with Ryan Donnelly and Nathan Horsfield both on the scoresheet as well.
Moy are back up to 2nd spot after holding off a late Beragh comeback to edge the verdict at home. Michael Conroy and Ryan Coleman weighed in with a dozen points between them with Declan Conroy also getting a few scores and Jamie Coleman bagging their goal. Martin Rodgers, Jack Campbell and Tiernan McCrystal were among the points for the Red Knights with Johnny Woods grabbing their goal late on.
Coalisland returned to winning ways when they defeated Drumquin at Annagher. Sean Corr and Bailey Leonard got the goals for the Fianna with Peter Herron, Donal Sheeran, Rairi Campbell and Tiernan Quinn all contributing points. Oisin Gormley top scored for the Wolfe Tones with Sean McDonagh also getting a few points.
Aghaloo secured a massive win at home to fellow strugglers Aghyaran. Niall McElroy got the winners goal along with a number of points with Jody McGlone, Conor Mullen and Ruairi McGlone scoring as well. Aghyaran’s goal came too late to save them with Ronan McHugh the scorer and he also got a few points as did Benny Gallen, Ethan McHugh and Eoghan McHugh.
Killeeshil played host to Fintona in a contest that neither side could afford to lose and it finished all square. Pa**ie McMullan, Ciaran Reilly, Tomas Hoy, Eoghan Hegarty and Jared Brogan had points for their respective sides with Caolan Donnelly getting the only goal of the game.
Owen Roes proved too strong at home for a Stewartstown side who now find themselves joint bottom of the table. Niall McAleer, Dara Dooher, Conor O’Neill and Aidan Hegarty all found the net for the hosts with Dooher and Hegarty also among their point scorers. Dan Lowe, Shea O’Neill and Anton Coyle had points for the Harps with Cuaimhi O’Neill getting their goal.
Its six wins on the bounce for Kildress after a comprehensive result at Naomh Eoghan. Shea Quinn was again in superb form for the Tones with a brace of goals as well as a number of points with Oisin McDonald and Caolan McNamee getting their other majors. Aidan McSorley, Niall Mayse and Brendan Boyle all registered for the home side.
Rock are another side who have hauled themselves to safety as they made it four in a row when they had the minimum to spare in Greencastle. Shane Murphy and Diarmaid Carroll had 0-9 between them with Thomas Mackle and Aida McGarrity also on target. Sean Warnock and Cahir McCullagh had 0-5 each for Greencastle with Conor C arson and Sean Conneely supplying points as well.
