🌹We had a wonderful Annual Floral Demonstration evening with Martina Flynn from Sligo, “ From Buds to Bloom”
Martina inspired us with her creativity from designing her self made containers, to creating beautiful colourful modern and traditional floral arrangements..
Tickets were purchased with the anticipation of taking home one of the displays and light refreshments were served to conclude the evening..

🌷 We are all looking forward to our May meeting this year..
Our Open Demonstration will now take place annually in May.. This new date will replace the Christmas event so please get the word out and come along, bring a friend or friends and enjoy a wonderful evening with our Demonstrator Martina Flynn from Sligo.

Our demonstration this evening with Milton and Geraldine eased us into the forthcoming Easter season..

Last evening we had Florist Donna Doherty from Strabane come to our club to deliver her demonstration “ Mad March .”
Donna created fabulous designs with an extensive range of beautiful flowers and containers. Her arrangements took us through Spring, Lent , Mothers Day and Easter. There was a scramble for tickets and all the lucky winners were delighted to take these home.

We had a wonderful evening on Thursday last with the ever so talented Timothy Elliott and his demonstration “A Breath of Spring.” Hues of blue stood tall against beautiful yellow roses and daffodils reminding us of the magic of the Spring growth and the promise of brighter days ahead. Timothy shared great ideas for Spring especially the easy to make vases with aspidistra leaves which I’m sure we will all have a go at .
