Rebuild with Hope is a charity built on just that belief. Originally founded to support ex-offenders rebuilding their lives, their mission has grown to help anyone facing serious barriers to employment or reintegration into society.

Whether it’s long-term unemployment, disabilities, or a lack of access to education — they step in with skills training, support, and a belief that people can rise when given the right tools.

They’re not just changing individual lives. They’re strengthening the wider community — creating a more inclusive, resilient, and hopeful future.

The PBS Brakes Hot Hatch Championship heads to Snetterton this weekend for the first triple header of the season and will take the championship to its half way point.

Class B is set to feature the largest amount of cars where Alex Foden leads the class points standings in his Renault Clio 200 after taking a couple of victories at Donington Park. He is seven points ahead of the six-cylinder BMW Compact of Gordon MacMillan, who was a winner at Silverstone. Zac Bunnell (Renault Clio 197) and Matthew Morgan (Honda Civic Type R) are amongst those looking for their first class podium this weekend.

Josh Hilton is the overall championship leader and a point ahead of Foden. The 2024 champion has taken three victories in Class C this season. He is eight points ahead of William Bartup, who won the Donington opener in his Citroen Saxo VTS. Charlie Cole and Peter Boast, in Compacts, will be looking to score his first podium of the season.

The overall victory should come from Class A, where four-time class podium finisher Lewis Barker leads the points in his Honda Civic Type R. Twice a runner-up at Donington, Shay Kavanagh (Civic) will be looking for his first victory of the season while Trevor Gregory (Civic) is amongst those looking for his first podium of the year.

Today’s announcement from the Government—that Free School Meals will now be extended to all children from families receiving Universal Credit—is a long overdue and deeply welcome move.

An estimated 500,000 meals a day will now reach children who need them most. This isn’t just a policy change—it’s a powerful step towards levelling the playing field and giving every child the nourishment they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

At Food for Thought Liverpool, we’ve long championed the importance of school meals not just as a safety net, but as a fundamental building block of a fairer society.

We’re proud to work with schools across the city to make sure food isn’t an afterthought—it’s a priority.
