Komatsu are no longer able to join us for the Rabidfest weekend - but we hope to see them venture into Oxford in the not-too-distant future.

💥GRAND FINAL ANNOUNCEMENT💥

Here it is!! This years Grand Final line-up for Metal 2 the Masses - Oxford. Are you ready for it? On Saturday 28th June, we're running an All-Dayer!

Headlining Oxford 2025 is the legendary Exist Immortal! We're honoured to be able to bring the best of UK tech-metal back to Oxford, for the first time since 2019!

Supporting EXIM are one of the standout new bands in the UK right now. Please welcome Eschalon back to Oxford! We couldn't wait get the guys back after such an impressive Rabidfest set last year!

Next up, the four Semi Final winners plus a wildcard, selected from one of the bands knocked out of the Semis, will battle it out for the top spot at Bloodstock Festival!

To wake you up a bit ('cos its still early), Halfway Home will return to the Jericho. One of the brightest local bands around right now, and opening the event are one of Oxfords mainstays, Force Of Mortality.

It is hard to believe that Sylvia passed away three years ago today. She was an amazing woman who harnessed her fury and sorrow and disbelief at the tragedy of Sophie’s loss and channelled them into making our world a safer and more equitable place for alternative people. We remember her especially today and the amazing legacy she left behind. In a world where division and intolerance seem ever-more in the ascendant, the Foundation she shaped is as relevant today as ever. And needed even more. We will continue her mission to educate to change mindset to difference, challenge prejudice and advocate for the alternative community. To all of you who stand by our side and hold our mission dear, thank you. The community had her heart and she said at every presentation she ever delivered “We have the best supporters in the world.” We absolutely do. We all remember you today, Sylvia.
Rest in peace. 🖤
