Most fun adventure from Warwick with

It was hot and hard work (being on a manual bike for one of the first times since getting my e-bike) we ran out of water, couldn’t find a cafe, luckily a nice lady at a motel filled our bottle up with cold water from the fridge ❤️

There was some amazing scenery, amazingly fun gravel and the best company ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We made it! After my attempt in march 2020 before the pandemic took hold.

First time we had a 50 mile route? Got little lost ended up off road and didn’t make it to Penzance.

This time we had a 60 mile route, Wadebridge to Penzance, ended up being Wadebridge to Mousehole as we had extra time left! Ended on 77 miles including the ride from the train station.

I feel very proud of myself and my bicycle ❤️ I know I had electric assistance, but without it this would be totally out of reach ❤️❤️❤️

Smugglers Sportive 2023 - 42 miles 4,300ft (apparently)

Turned out to be just under 50 miles and 4,600ft, not sure how the other big appeared.

Luckily my e-bike battery lasted the whole ride (obviously I didn’t have it on the whole time which helped) but it was a very good test of the battery ❤️

Feel quite proud of this ride, as it was super challenging but I made it!

I was lucky to do this with and even forced her to wear a pirate hat, it was a fun day which at one point we were hysterically laughing about the fact we were at the 42 miles but still seemed to have 7 miles left?

I was also unluckily for some number 13, so I turned it upside down like you do at a time trail, as thought this would be a good thing to do!

Also we some how went out of Devon then back in? Not sure where or how!
