On Thursday 9th I had one of the best experiences of my life! I attended Cookery School and I also had the honour of meeting and learning from the legend that is, ππΌ
First dish: Salmon with beurre blanc and samphire
Second dish: Mussels with miso and black beans
Third Dish: XO clams
(We also made crispy chicken skin tacos but I didn't get a photo of that)
Last night I also attempted to recreate the Salmon dish for me and my family, with the odd alteration here and there due to Tesco's not having all the ingredientsπ, and my family loved itπ definitely doesn't look as good as the first attempt, but it still tasted greatππΌπ
Am so thankful to my family to have given me this gift and for the opportunities it's createdππΌ
