This Friday (21st August) we're hosting our first livestream event since The Nub Sessions (a series we made with Nubsound during lockdown.)

Wreckers Music presents an intimate concert: Ric Sanders of Fairport Convention and Vo Fletcher plus special guests Mike Silver and Charlie Noordewier. Three generations of British folk talent in one room!

We're excited to announce a very special event...
Ric Sanders of Fairport Convention and Vo Fletcher will play a special, intimate concert at the newly opened Music Room venue at Airfield Studios, St Merryn, Padstow on Friday 21st August.

The show will feature support from acclaimed Cornwall-based singer-songwriter Mike Silver who will be joined by Jo Partridge. The concert is one of several Cornwall and Devon dates organised by Emma Jaynes of Wreckers Music/Launceston Folk Club.

Last year we had the excellent Kakafoni here at Airfield studios. The band - along with the brilliant Daniel Gilbert behind the desk - were kind enough to let us film them at work recording the song, 'Vantablack.' As you can see, we're set up here at Airfield studios to record live with plenty of isolation areas for amplifiers, drummers(!), etc.
