Proud to be sponsoring the Graphic Design category at the West College Scotland HND Graduation Awards in Paisley today.

Although I can’t be there in person, I was delighted to be approached to support this year’s awards. It feels especially fitting as my own journey started when I studied Graphic Design at James Watt College in Greenock, which is now part of West College Scotland.

It’s an honour to give back and support the next generation of designers as they celebrate their achievements and begin their careers. Congratulations to all of today’s graduates, I look forward to seeing the next generation of talent doing their thing.

🎉 KP Kreative is 10 years old! 🎉
Last week, I reached a double-digit milestone in my business journey.

Starting 10 years ago with just around £600 in my account, I took the leap into full-time self-employment after the company I worked for unexpectedly closed its doors. With only two short-term clients at the time, it was definitely a risk!

I’ve had my share of challenges while sourcing new work and navigating the ever-changing landscape of business. Fortunately, this journey has allowed me to work with some truly dream clients along the way.

In 2020, I took another big step and moved into my own office—just a week before full lockdown. I’m grateful I followed my instincts and committed to that space, and now I’m proud to say I’ve been in the same office for 5 years!

I came through the challenges of COVID stronger and more resilient. Over the past four years, I’ve also been honoured to receive several awards, including being recognised as both Renfrewshire and National 'Best Creative Business of the Year' at the 2024 Scotland Business Awards.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me and trusted me with their projects over the years. I’d especially like to thank my wife for sticking by my side through the highs and lows. Here’s to the next chapter and what the future has in store!
