Sometimes the most powerful experiences happen when we simply slow down.

Our Breath + Soundscape Journey brings together conscious breathwork, live piano, immersive synths, and carefully crafted soundscapes to create a space where you can switch off from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more present.

Wow — we’re still buzzing from the Sunday Studio Session we had on 5th July.

We’re blown away by the level of musicianship, creativity and connection that can come from a group of strangers in just a few hours. People of different ages and backgrounds, who may never otherwise have found themselves in the same room, came together through a shared love of music 🎶

Everyone is welcome at our Sunday Studio Sessions — whether you’re an amateur or professional singer, songwriter or musician. It’s a space to collaborate, create and connect through music.

The beauty of passing it on ✨

Last year, during our May 2025 retreat, was gifted a guitar from one of our lovely participants , who had once been gifted a bodhrán (a traditional Celtic frame drum) by someone else.
