Built entirely from elegant draping, it transforms the space into a warm, welcoming hideaway ready for Santa visits, family photos, and festive celebrations.

🎧 Why Your Mate Dave Probably Shouldn’t DJ Your Wedding…

It all sounded like a brilliant idea at the time
“Dave said he’ll do it for £100 while everyone’s at the pub, bargain”

6 months before the wedding
The bride starts sending Dave loads of song requests, playlists, and voice notes
Dave’s thinking “Hang on… what have I got myself into here”

3 months to go
The venue emails Dave asking for
✔️ Public Liability Insurance
✔️ PAT certificates
✔️ Method statement
✔️ Risk assessment

Dave’s like “WTF is a method statement I’m just a pub DJ I don’t even know if my speakers or my MonsterMoon light still work”
Now he’s seriously getting cold feet

1 month to go
The bride’s booked a sax player and now the sax player’s sending Dave more songs and performance notes
Dave’s had enough, this isn’t what he signed up for.

1 week to go
The bride’s mum rings
“Dave we’re planning a surprise flash mob can you help organise it and play the right tracks”
Dave’s like “A flash what”

3 days to go
The photographer reaches out
“What lighting will you be using for the first dance”
“Also can you sign a disclaimer saying you won’t use lasers”
Dave “Er… it’s a MonsterMoon”

2 days to go
The bride asks for a custom first dance edit
She wants a slow acoustic Rihanna version to mix into the original with a surprise scratch effect
Dave breaks. He’s officially had it

📞 The next day
Dave has “come down with shingles”
The bride’s in tears
And now she’s desperately trying to book a professional DJ with 1 day to go

Moral of the story

Weddings are for professionals not Dave from the pub
Let him enjoy the free bar
Leave the music to someone who knows what a method statement is and doesn’t fear the MonsterMoon
