The mighty firsts head on the road again to play RHC away from home, they’ll need a strong performance to bounce back from a disappointing result away at Marchmont. Lewis Carter steps up to the first team and premier all rounder Zac Crawley is giving respite from duties at lords to return at Barnton. Go well the cuik. PS video team sheets return next week

The twos are back at Kirkhill after a big loss against Carlton last week. Skipper Wood will be hoping for a bounce back victory as DAFS roll into town. Leonard steps back in to take the gloves and Smith returns after debuting for the first team last week! Come on lads!

Crystal FM are pleased to support our local teams, Penicuik Cricket Club showing that cricket is a game for all ages.

Sunday 22nd June saw an enthusiastic U10 side head to Myreside for the final softball festival before the mid-season break.
The damp start to the session didn’t dampen their enthusiasm and there was great play evident throughout the morning leading to close scores in all three matches.
Team spirit was evident across the morning among the squad of experienced and new players, who communicated well and put the skills which they are developing during training into practice.

Huge thanks to Robbie for managing the team, Craig for scoring and all the Penicuk supporters who cheered on the team!

There is now a break from mixed softball festivals until the end of July but training continues every Friday evening throughout the summer!

Well done to our super U12 girls team who started the festival with a win against Carlton!
Really good bowling, fielding and batting all round - great communication and visibly improving confidence throughout the morning.

Saturday morning training continues for all our girls through the summer 11am to 12pm. Just one more festival at Stew Mel on 17th August.
