I'm back on the air tonight, after 3 weeks off, for the Double Decade Show live from Studio 1 in Penrith from 8pm.

Tonight's Top 5 Countdown comes from this day in 1986 and I'll have a great mix of music and memories from the 70s and 80s throughout the show.

I've also got exciting news about the show. I'm pepping it up a bit from next week, but if you want to find out more, then you'll have to tune in!
