Hello lovely people, we are very excited to announce the arrival of this year’s September Scrapbook. Over the last two months our team have been working to collet your poems, prose and illustrations from the writer’s room and display them in this lovely little magazine for you to enjoy.

Some of the prompt’s you guys were given this year were:
· A place you feel safe
· A feeling you never want to forget
· An outdoor space
· Inspired by a dream
· Something that scares you
· A place that no longer exits

The responses from these prompts were amazing. Our team thoroughly enjoyed reading and editing your work, the illustrations that we also received really brought together this edition of the September Scrapbook. It took us two months of hard work but it's finally here. This year’s edition of the September Scrapbook is now available for you, our lovely readers to enjoy!

We hope that you enjoy this year’s Freshers Collection and follow for more content such as our annual edition of Trovya. Stay tuned for fundraising events, content calls and competitions. As always keep creative!

Penryn Press are proud to present our 2021/22 publication Trovya: Volume 2!
Our magazine explores the theme of ‘In My Head’, giving student contributors the opportunity to be introspective and candid about topics relating to their mental health.
Trovya contains poems, articles, recommendations/ top tips and commentaries on mental health, mental illness, lockdown and post-lockdown life. The written pieces range from illustrating what it is like to experience anxiety disorders, to advising you what to watch and read to improve your wellbeing.
Every aspect of the magazine was designed, edited, and originated by members of Penryn Press. All the written pieces and photographs are by students from University of Exeter (Penryn) and Falmouth University. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed!
We are delighted to finally share our magazine with you and hope you find it as compelling as we did!
