It's been a while since I last posted on this account. Sobrang busy kasi. Wala na halos kameng off mag-asawa. 😆 Some people asked if nagkikita pa ba daw kame, of course Yes, pag sinusundo niya ko and pag kakain, tapos off to work na kung sino man ang duty. Ganito po ang buhay sa abroad, salitan. 😆

Mother's day celebration before husband's night shift. We've literally stroll everywhere to find flowers, but unfortunately it's Sunday - shops close at 4PM, husband looks sad for not buying me flowers, which is really okay with me. Honestly, this is priceless, I couldn't ask for more. 🥰
Thank you Han & Baby Ria for making me a mother. I love you so much. 😘

Recipe. 🍴

I use Saladmaster Skillet to cook this Filipino style Chicken Curry.

Cook the chicken first without using cooking oil, we will use the chicken oil. If the oil is visible, we can saute the chicken with onion, garlic & ginger. Then, pour milk, then coconut milk, put curry powder, paprika powder, salt & black pepper, then mix thoroughly. Put chillies if you want, that's optional, let it simmer, then add potatos and carrots, then cover. In couple of minutes, add the aubergine. Lastly, add the pok choi. Serve! Enjoy! Delicioso!🍴

Dito sa UK, kailangan aware lagi sa weather forecast, if mag sub-zero ang temperature maging frosty ang sasakyan and it will take time to de-ice. Ang ending -- LATE. 🤪🇬🇧 Pero dito sa UK, mabait naman ang mga bossing, they don't mind kung few minutes lang naman ang late, especially pag ganito ang weather. 🙏🏻
