Introducing one of our Session 2 expert guests. 👇

Emma Readman FCIPD — Embers HR Consulting.

Emma supports growing businesses with the people side of things - helping owners and leaders build strong HR foundations, navigate employment law changes, and create workplaces where both people and performance can thrive.

Right now, for many small business owners, HR often becomes something that’s dealt with reactively. Policies are outdated, contracts have never been reviewed, managers are figuring things out as they go, and upcoming employment law changes are creating even more uncertainty.

In her own words:

“Many business owners genuinely want to do the right thing for their people, but without the right foundations in place, small issues can quickly become bigger problems. In this session, I’ll share the key employment essentials every business should have in place, practical steps to reduce risk, and simple ways to create more consistency, clarity and confidence as your business grows.”

Emma is joining us for Session 2 to cover just that — the foundations every employer needs to be proactive in an ever changing environment.

🗓 Wednesday 10th June | 6–8pm
