We're very sorry to hear that the Royal George pub in Old Shotton is closing. We've held many work meetings and networking events there over the years and they've always been excellent hosts. Let's hope a new landlord is found soon 🙏

Good luck to everyone from Marlborough Surgery in Seaham who is taking part in this year's Great North Run!

Twenty dedicated members of staff from Marlborough Surgery Seaham — including three of the practice’s GPs; Dr Mansingh, Dr Mousavi and Dr Baker — are lacing up their running shoes for the 2025 Great North Run, all in support of a cause close to their hearts, St. Benedict's Hospice:

Great to see Nile Rodgers tribute band Freak Out, which includes member Dan Charlton from Horden, embarking on their very first national tour, including gigs at Fishburn Live and Nidd Hall in Harrogate!

North East tribute band Freak Out are set to embark on their first UK tour after securing a string of dates.

The band, which is a celebration of Nile Rodgers, will be performing across the country as well as in their hometown of Fishburn!
