Pupils at Morrison’s Academy in Crieff took centre stage last week (Friday, 14 November 2025) as the school hosted its annual Whole School Art Exhibition & Fashion Show.
Perthshire’s leading independent day school welcomed parents, current and former pupils, staff and members of the local community onto campus for a vibrant celebration of creativity.
Secondary pupils walked the catwalk in Memorial Hall, modelling garments designed and produced by former pupils and visitors explored an impressive showcase of artwork created by learners from Nursery through to S6. Adding to the occasion, guests enjoyed refreshments prepared by a talented team of practical cookery pupils.
Led by Paula O’Neill, Head of Art & Design at Morrison’s Academy, the department continues to flourish, producing exceptional academic outcomes and high-quality creative work.
At the start of the academic year, Morrison’s Academy’s outstanding SQA results placed it top across Tayside and Perthshire for National 5 and Higher attainment in 2025, continuing more than 15 years of sustained excellence at all levels.
Ms O’Neill said: “The whole school has been buzzing with creativity in preparation for this event. It’s such a joy to see pupils from every year group contribute something special, from imaginative art to showstopping designs. The exhibition and fashion show truly reflect the energy and talent that define Morrison’s Academy.”
“The project has been months in the making with pupils dedicating time in and out of the class to perfect their designs and displays. For many senior pupils, the show also forms part of their coursework and portfolio preparation for future studies in art, design and fashion.”
Andrew McGarva, Rector at Morrison’s Academy added; “This event perfectly captures what Morrison’s Academy stands for - creativity, confidence and community. It’s a celebration of talent and teamwork and we’re very proud of our pupils taking centre stage.”
