They say variety is the spice of life, and my Saturday was definitely a testament to that! πŸ˜€

I kicked off the day by covering The Bazaar Marketplace in Old Town Square. It was brilliant to see the event, organized by the Diversity Business Incubator with support from Plymouth City Centre Company and The Box Plymouth bustling with so many great food vendors.

Then, it was off to the Barbican for an afternoon of capturing the action at Red Bull UK's Up The Mast event. The energy was incredible, with huge crowds cheering everyone on. If you haven't seen it yet, check out the reel I shot on the One Plymouth pageβ€”it's already hit 1.4 million views and still climbing!

The day wrapped up with a fun-filled evening supporting a fantastic cause. I had the pleasure of photographing arrivals at Jeremiah's Journey 80s charity ball at The New Continental Hotel. The outfits were amazing, and it was a privilege to help support them on the night.

It's always inspiring to connect with fellow business leaders from across the city who are not only focused on their own ventures but also dedicated to uplifting one another and contributing to Plymouth's success.

Lots of converstations throughout the evening and thanks to Richard Stevens, Helen Hart, Kelly Smith and everyone involved in organising the PABC meetings!

The Dazzle Light Festival certainly brought the sparkle to Devonport! A wonderful event to be involved with on the build-up and during the four days supporting Bracken Jelier and the Real Ideas Organisation team on promotion and social media photos and content creation via the Market Hall channels and One Plymouth. Also, keep an eye out for Jay Stone drone imagery and video coming soon!

Over four fantastic nights, the free light festival marked 200 years of Devonport's history, shining a light on its past, present, and future. The event featured stunning projections, immersive art and interactive activities.

Hats off to everyone involved, with multiple local partners and volunteers helping to make it a magical experience.

The thousands of members of the public who came, not only enjoyed the visuals and activities (many came back for multiple days) but also swapped stories with each other and I lost count the number of times we got stopped by someone who wanted to tell us their memories of Devonport and how happy they were with the event.
