As I sit on the wall gazing at the sea,
I remember the good times and how it was for me.
Serenity and peace unfold in my mind,
It's so truthful to say joy isn't blind.

The lapping waters against the shore,
Is the reason I decided to come out of the door.
Immense energy is here so welcoming and pure,
Overcoming many challenges I've had to endure.

Never give up on your goals and dreams,
Life is too short or so it seems.
Aspire to love, reach out a hand,
Never fall deep into the sand.

Nature has a way of healing,
We all have a way of dealing.
Look beyond where you are today,
