Pushing Boundaries: Building the Next Generation of Social Leaders 🌟

Designed to empower emerging leaders in the social sector with practical skills and greater confidence, our six-month pilot Pushing Boundaries programme combined online sessions, residential workshops, and individual coaching to help participants develop confidence, resilience, and leadership abilities.

The results speak for themselves:
💪 99% attendance rate
📈 Confidence doubled from 33% to 67%
🌟 Participants reached major milestones, including promotions, new jobs, increased responsibilities, and even winning new contracts!

Following the success of the pilot, we’re launching Pushing Boundaries for a second year, investing in another group of emerging leaders from our Network! 🎉
