The second Discworld roleplaying game crowdfunding campaign is coming to Gamefound, transporting you to iconic locations beyond Ankh-Morpork!

In Terry Pratchett’s Discworld: Adventures in Lancre & Überwald, you’ll run wild across and around* the magic-infused Ramtop Mountains and Lancre, the — in a word — gothic Überwald, and all the way up on the downland of the Chalk!

With whom will you be running wild? Oh, all sorts. You can create Witches, Vampires, Dwarfs, Trolls, Werewolves, Pictsies, or anything else your grubby little brain-folds can squelch up**.

Intended for a single beleaguered Gamemaster and 1-6 fancy-pants players, Discworld: Adventures in Lancre & Überwald is powered by the chaotic, pun-filled Narrativium system and has all the core rules you need!

Whether it’s running tests, challenges, character creation, or the brand-spanking new Witch Magic system***, the extensive GMing advice will help veterans and newbies alike run uniquely Discworld adventures!

[Disc-tober 2026 is coming]

It's that time of year where we don our thinking caps and put together Disc-tober's art challenge list !

We've run a yearly Disc-tober art challenge for the last 6 years and this year our prompts are various book titles from Terry's bibliography !

We thought the words alone would conjure up some amazing thoughts and the creatives amongst you would have a field day coming up with artworks based upon them.

For those who are not familiar with our art challenge, we encourage fans of Terry Pratchett's works to create a piece of visual art based on our daily prompts.

We publish a list of prompts for every day of October.

It's a way to pass the time and have a go at producing something possibly a little out of your comfort zone.

We don't judge the artwork, we just enjoy seeing it!

The rules are simple.
1. Read the prompt of the day.
2. Produce a piece of visual artwork inspired by that prompt.
3. Enjoy the process - it doesn't have to be a Rembrandt!
4. No AI

This.... looks epic !

Priced at £135 plus shipping for the five Death series books, it has a heavy price tag but we are sure it will be worth it.

Hopefully we'll get our hands on a set to do a full review before they are released on the world next May/June 2027.

MODIPHIUS has announced that both Kill Sam Vimes and Readers Digested will be available for pre-order from their website from Thursday 20th August.

Kill Sam Vimes is a competitive strategy game for 2-6 players. Each year, the Assassins’ Guild sends its most promising apprentices into the streets of Ankh-Morpork to attempt the impossible: get close enough to – as the name suggests – Kill Sam Vimes!

You can’t kill Sam Vimes, of course, but you can look spectacular failing to do it!

Readers Digested is a madcap game for 1-4 players based on Reiner Knizia’s tabletop classic, Blue Moon City. As Assistant Librarians, you’ll wrangle wayward books and ensure that those wandering trouble-magnets* get to their exams on time!

* To be clear, we’re talking about students, but we acknowledge some books have been known to attract trouble too.
