Spec, as follows:

Plays/ sounds like the day it was made, you can edit each pad to be a different drum/ cymbal sound and edit their tone/ pitch via the drum brain. (I’ve made the rims of the toms a tambourine, cowbell and gong on one preset sounds fantastic). You can also import your own drum libraries into the drum brain via USB.

Play your own music through the drum brain at the same time as your Roland drums, via Jack-AUX cable input and Mono R/L output. I’ve used a AUX splitter cable to record the kit and hear yourself back via headphones/ speakers, and once used the MIDI output to record directly onto computer in the studio.

This kit has a few visual marks from when it’s been gigged, and a paint splatter on the kick skin but doesn’t affect performance what so ever. (Even still has the plastic wrapping left on the frame the cables originally came in).

I’m selling it with the Wharfedale EVP-X15PM floor monitor (incredible sound quality) and Roland R-07 audio recorder. The drum kit comes with the base features, frame, pads, cymbals, drum brain, power leads, kick be**er and I’ll throw in a jack lead, jack to aux cable and a pair of Vic Firth 7A drums sticks.

Doesn’t include hi hat stand, kick pedal and stool, they are only in pictures/ on the kit for you to play before purchasing. (Highly recommended as now I’ve set it up again, I’m questioning why I’m selling it).

I purchased the Roland TD30k for £3,500 at PMT in Leeds in 2015, and the average second hand value online it’s now selling for £2,300 - £1,900, the Wharfedale speaker brand new is £420 or around £200/£250 second hand for same condition (basically brand new). The Roland R07 Audio Recorder is £200 brand new, or £140 second hand (basically brand new). So is a bargain for £2,200.

Full tech specs are listed below on each item, I recommend buying the full package (kit, speaker & recorder) as you get a professional drum kit that can be gigged at any level, practice anywhere in the world with speakers or headphones, and record your sessions for practice reference, using on demos and professional studio sessions.

I can take the Speaker/ Audio recorder out of the package and discount on request, but otherwise I’m valuing at £2,200.

Robin McAuley known as the vocalist for the rock band McAuley Schenker Group from 1986 to 1993, which saw the band release three studio albums: Perfect Timing, Save Yourself, M.S.G., the live album Unplugged Live, and the Japan-only EP Nightmare: The Acoustic M.S.G. He has made further appearances with Schenker in 2012, and also in 2016.
