Breaking: Davido Stands Tall for Justice Donates ₦100 Million to Support Nnamdi Kanu’s Court Battle, Says “You Can Jail a Man, But Not the Truth!”
In a fearless post shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Davido hailed Kanu’s courage and resilience in the face of what he called “an overstretched detention.
I love the courage Nnamdi Kanu is showing before the Nigerian court. I stand for justice, I stand for truth. His detention is long overdue,” Davido wrote.
The Afrobeat icon didn’t stop there he went further to pledge ₦100 million in support of Kanu’s ongoing legal defense, declaring that silence in the face of injustice is complicity.
I’m supporting his court case with ₦100 million because justice must prevail in this country. You can jail a man, but you can never jail the truth,” he added.
