Due to unforeseen circumstances that have occurred at events during the weekend we are forced to have to implement a new policy when on booking ourselves this is something that we would not have to do as we value and trust your customers but we had 2 customers not paying their balances on the night due to arguing that they had already paid the full balance and when evidence was provided that they haven't paid they have now gone to the stages of ignoring phone calls /messages ect
We will be asking customers to pay balance either the day before the event/party via bank transfer or paying the DJ on arrival cash/bank transfer.
This is protect our small business as we can not afford lose money as it allows us to survive also improve our standards and upgrade our equipment to give customers a first class event
*This applies to private bookings only*
Regular bookings such as resident DJ/karaoke bookings are still able to make payments as usual.
