It’s the end of this chapter… for now.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to step away from my music journey for a while. Music has given me so many incredible memories, experiences, and moments that I’ll always be grateful for and I’m so thankful to everyone who has listened, supported, shared, danced, sang along, or simply been there along the way.

But right now, I need to put my energy into something else….A big project that deserves my full focus and attention.

I don’t know what the future holds. Maybe one day the music will call me back, and I’ll pick it all up again.

So this isn’t goodbye…

It’s see you later.

What a heartbreaking loss for the world of entertainment. 💔

Dolly Parton and Tim Curry were two extraordinary talents who brought something completely their own to the world. Dolly gave us generations of music, laughter, kindness and generosity, while Tim captivated us with his remarkable voice, unforgettable performances and incredible range.

Though their lives and careers were very different, both left behind something truly special — memories, characters, songs and moments that will continue to live on in the hearts of millions.

15 YEARS…

That’s how long it’s been since I last stepped into a gym.

For years, I’ve struggled with my mental health, and honestly, it took a lot for me to even post this video. Walking back into a gym after all this time was a huge step for me.

The weight gain became too much to ignore. I looked back at the person I used to be — fit, active and confident — and realised that I don’t want to keep looking back.

I’m 43 now, and I’ve decided it’s time for change. Not because I hate the person I’ve become, but because I want to start taking care of myself again — physically and mentally.

This isn’t about getting back to where I was overnight. It’s about taking one step, then another. Showing up. Starting again. And proving to myself that it’s never too late.

If you’re struggling, if you’ve lost your way, or if you’re waiting for the “right time” to start… “THIS IS YOUR SIGN”

You don’t have to be fit to walk into a gym.
You don’t have to feel confident to begin.
You just have to take that first step.
