We’re thrilled to welcome, Julian, our new Lead Videographer here at b4b! 🎥🎬

A German–British cinematographer with a passion for elevating visual storytelling, Julian brings full-pipeline expertise spanning shooting, editing, colour grading and VFX for some major brands including Peroni Nastro Azzurro, BCP Council, FJB Hotels, Paramount+ and MTV.

His award-winning short films and commercial work speak for themselves and you may even recognise him from screen appearances in Bridgerton, 1917 and The Sandman!

Farewell (for now) to our very own, Connor 🎬✈️

It’s with a mix of pride and sadness that we say goodbye to one of our longest-standing team members, Connor, as he sets off on an incredible year of travelling.

Connor has been a treasured part of the b4b media team, working on hundreds of client projects across video, animation and photography and always brought his creativity, humour and huge personality to everything he produced. Starting with us at just 19, we’ve had the privilege of watching him develop into a talented videographer, a creative force, and grow into a truly fine young man.

The team here at b4b is like a family, and saying goodbye to one of our own is never easy - but we couldn’t be more excited for the adventures that lie ahead for him.

Thank you, Connor, for your energy, passion and friendship over the years. You’ll always be part of the b4b family, and we can’t wait to follow where your journey takes you next around the globe 🌍
