Good morning everyone.
After careful consideration we have decided not to carry on with the events.
This is down to expansion within other business and not having the time we would like to make this show what we wanted it to become.
The cost to advertise played a part, as the sale of the stalls was only covering the hire cost of the hall.
We have reached out to potential sponsors since the last event with no luck and now being only one month before the next event, the last thing we wanted was an empty hall.
All deposits and fees will be refunded over the next few days, anyone who has paid please send us a message with your bank details and we will pay the money back.
The good news for all Pokémon vendors is that Magpie Cards has teamed up with other vendors and organised an amazing card show, sponsored by PG Grading and are taking applications.
We wish them the best of luck, we just haven’t got the time to make the event what we wanted to achieve.
Thanks for everyone who vended and visited us at the last event, but we wouldn’t be satisfied not giving 100% into the event.
