Last ride before I head to Tenby for Ironman Wales 2024 and attempt to take on the Dragon. Had a few mishaps and challenges at the end of a long training season. None more so than trying to find a bike with only a few weeks to go because I broke my own.
Life will throw plenty of challenges are you and it’s up to you how you deal with them. I try and do it with my chin up and a smile. T-Minus 5 days for the dragon taking attempt!
Big shout out to for the support and guidance this past year, I cannot honestly recommend them enough. I am as ready as I’m ever going to be and it’s all thanks to him 🩵!!
