Did we mention we had a royal visit? 👑✨

It’s been over a month, and we’re still taking it all in.

In October, we had the immense honour of welcoming The Prince and Princess of Wales to our family farm. Sharing our orchards, our story, and the passion behind our cider-making with them was unforgettable. What meant the most was their genuine interest — in our heritage, our craft, and the work that goes into every bottle.

As we look back through these images, we’re reminded how far our small family business has come. This year brought so many wonderful tours, but this visit will forever be a highlight in Long Meadow history.

We're going to be at TWO markets next weekend.

🌟Find us at Armagh Georgian Festival (Visit Armagh), Saturday 29th November, 11am-8pm in The Mall alongside over 100 festive artisan stalls.

🌟We'll also be at The Tedberry Market, Friday 28th to Sunday 30th November. We're so excited as this market is always buzzing. We're joining 150 other trader in this spectacular Christmas market.

Pasty stumbled across swarming bees this year 🐝🐝🐝 They are swarming as they are reproducing and there simply isn't enough room in their current hive so they rear a new queen. When that happens, they leave and swarm around a safe place, like a branch on our apple trees.

Scout bees then head out in search of a new home.

We're so thankful for all our bees helping to pollinate the apple blossom, but we'd prefer they stayed in the orchard and not buzzing off anywhere else. 🐝😆

All our honey goes into making Waggle Dance Honey from the hives at Long Meadow.

Long Meadow Irish Cider Vinegar is on special offer at Sainsbury's from November 19th to December 9th!

Get our award-winning, pure, and unfiltered cider vinegar, complete with the beneficial 'Mother'. Our apple cider vinegar is totally pure and unfiltered.

We make it by fermenting apples from our orchard. That means its packed with beneficial bacteria which is great for your gut health.

We had the best night at awards on Monday night held in the stunning

It's not very often the 4 of us make it off the farm all together so I think it's safe to say we all made the absolute most of it 🤣🥂

We were honoured to be finalists in 2 categories
Drinks producer of the year and also Tourism experience of the year.

Always amazing to spend an evening with such inspirational businesses, chefs, producers within the food and drink industry, all working and striving towards the same goal, creating exceptional food, drink and experiences throughout the island of Ireland.

And sure how could you not have a good night when you bump into the amazing 🤩

Did you know that "Irish Black Butter" contains Irish Long Meadow Medium Cider?

Created by Alistair Bell it is a non-dairy, rich, spicy apple conserve (made with Armagh PGI Bramley Apples) which can be used as an ingredient when making bread, or just spread on top of a slice.

Both our Long Meadow Medium Cider & Irish Black Butter are available in stores now.
