In PRINT CLUB today … we made mini cards on the RISO!
By playing with collage, coloured papers and textures we worked in flo pink and teal to create interesting colour overlays inspired by an original painting, a pattern book and a rescued hedgehog!

Great to welcome a new face to the group in Siobhan, bringing some fresh ideas to Print Club, can’t wait to see what we will do in the next session.

Meeting on the first Saturday of each month, print club is a chance to experiment in a range of print techniques and with an emphasis on sharing and playful exploration.

If you’d like to join us, just come along to the next session: Saturday 7th June 2-5pm - Details will be announced nearer the time.

It's PRINT CLUB! This Saturday 3rd May 2pm - 5pm

Join us for this month's Bank Holiday Special Print Club, bringing together collage and drawn elements to create your own colourful RISO postcards!

Your top designs will be duplicated in vivid veg-based inks onto eco friendly postcards to take home at the end of the session.

This is a great opportunity if you have any artwork or techniques you'd like to test out in RISO, just bring your work on paper and incorporate it into a collage for your postcard!

Open Access Riso printing will also available during the session, any members with artwork ready to put through the RISO, please bring it along on paper or USB.

Drop in anytime between 2-5 with final printing from 4pm.

This Bank Holiday session is open to Members and Non-Members, so bring a friend!

It's a chance to invest in your arts practice, perhaps try out a new technique and spend time with other artists to fuel your creativity.

A day by artists for artists - Saturday 26 April, 10am - 4pm.

We're excited to be hosting special guest artist, illustrator and educator Caroline Pedler for an exclusive workshop that celebrates the unknown and the unpredictable joys of using papercut.

You will be sourcing shapes and compositions out in the Eco Park Porthtowan environment, returning to the studio to use papercut and Riso printing to create a unique narrative.

With a raft of exhibitions and curated shows around the world, numerous illustrated children’s books plus being an experienced educator, you’ll be in safe yet inspirational hands with Caroline.

If you fancy trying a new approach in your arts practice, or maybe exchanging interdisciplinary ideas, then join us for a day of fun and learning new things.

Come with an open mind and a thirst for creative joy!
