Day 55/100. No edits. No retakes.

When God reaches for you, you can’t turn away. Once you become aware… you just can’t unsee things.

You start to feel people’s energy more and the more aware you become, the harder it can get but that’s part of growth I think.

The real power, choosing to remain calm. It’s choosing to remain kind even when you don’t feel like it.

It’s a bit like junk food, sure it tastes good in the moment, you think it will give you that good feeling, but does it really help? No. So reacting badly might feel good for a second but does it help anyone? Of course not, do you need to fight fire with fire all the time, I just don’t think so.

Stay authentic, being you, showing up each day and choosing kindness despite what you’re feeling that’s real strength imo. Just keep your vibration high and you’ll attract the people meant for you.

We all have that choice and if you’re reading this you are worthy of love.

We all are, take care 🩵

Day 54/100 – no edits, no retakes.

Some days I want to talk some days I don’t but we stick to the plan ✅ Eating high calories leaves me tired, especially high carb, there’s a lesson in that.

If you’re feeling sluggish all the time, check what you’re eating. Your energy levels tell a story. Heavy, frequent meals especially early can blunt alertness.

If you want to feel energised, try this:
Eat lighter in the morning… or even skip breakfast. Hot water, no caffeine. Let your body wake up naturally. You might be surprised how sharp and focused you feel.

For the last 3 months I’ve been intentionally pushing my weight up. I don’t want to be lean right now. Healing and proper recovery require a surplus. You can’t build on empty!

There’s a season for fat loss.
There’s a season for growth.

More on fat loss and muscle building soon.

For now, it’s tucking myself in to bed 😴

Take care.

Day 53/100 – no edits, no retakes.

Stay calm, everything works out 🩵

Being constantly heightened, always reacting, keeps your nervous system on edge and that doesn’t help anyone, especially not you 🙌🏽

Slow it down, drink more clean water, skip the hot food counter, eat more fruit, move your body and train with purpose 💫

Calm is a strength, discipline brings clarity, consistency builds confidence 🤲🏽

PT slots opening up next week if you’re ready to live your best life… strong, calm, clear & confident, I’m here to help you 💪🏾

Take care & God Bless

Day 51/100 – no edits, no retakes

Feeling tired by this stage of the week

No big plans this weekend
Just time to recharge, reset & refocus.

I’ll be switching on one of my favourite iPhone settings… “Do Not Disturb.” Not to ignore the world but to protect my energy.

Rest isn’t weakness, recovery is productive and
you can’t pour from an empty cup. If you’ve been pushing hard lately, maybe this is your reminder to slow it down for a couple of days.

Have a great weekend, Take care 🩵

make someone’s day today by being kind even if they don’t deserve it because healing the world takes one person at a time 🩵🩵

God has a plan for us all show everyone how bright your light is this weekend ❤️❤️

Take care

Day 50/100 no edits, no retakes.

Just finished a sweaty cardio session. Nothing fancy just ticked off another successful day ✅

Cardio doesn’t have to be punishment, training is something to be enjoyed. When you truly understand how it makes you feel afterwards… you get it.

Fat loss, building muscle, staying in shape, it’s actually simpler than most people think. The secret? Starting small habits builds in consistency. It’s showing up for yourself and letting the process work.

No quick fix and that’s why I love it.

In a world driven by easy dopamine hits, training might be one of the purest forms of reward there is.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, this is your sign.

PT slots opening soon with details. Let’s get you in shape this year 💪🏾

Take care

Day 49/100 – Unscripted. No edits. No retakes.

One thing I will always stand by is this, look after your body.

A healthy diet with regular movement. Nothing extreme. Nothing perfect. Just small improvements, repeated consistently.

Those small changes compound.

Physically
Mentally
Emotionall

Stay strong & stay resilient.

Be grateful each morning you wake up, the opportunity to improve is a blessing in itself.

If you’re unsure where to start, I’ll be opening up some coaching spaces soon.

Take care.

Day 48/100 – Unscripted. No edits. No retakes.

Not claiming full man flu status just yet… but three days of mucus, streaming nose and eyes, and a bit of shortness of breath..: still standing, still moving 🙂

Quick mindfulness tip if you’re feeling stress or worry creeping in:

Go for a walk.
Breathe slowly.
Notice 3 things around you.. What you can see, hear, or feel?

Presence brings calm back.
