The Model Village— 🛖🏘️

Unlike before, I really don’t have a lot of time to make travel content anymore. So let me make this (and the future ones) as quick but helpful as possible

The Model Village:

Was it worth it? For my mom, who is into Miniature villages (Have you seen her Christmas Village??😍🤩🎄🎅🏻) and dollhouses, she loved it! It wasn’t a big area, though there was still an exhibit inside that we didn’t explore anymore due to time constraints, so it could just be a less-than-an-hour or so pitstop in your travel itinerary.

Bringing a buggy? To be parked in their stroller parking area.

Open space so rain-suitable clothes is best for the season.

Entrance cost- £4.75 per adult, 3-13yo £3.75, >60yo £4.25, 0-2yo FREE
Parking within site- paid £4.10 for 2hrs

Restaurant and overnight stay available to book on their website.

A day for our Aster 👩‍🚀🚀✨

Thanking our suppliers 🙏🥰 The venue and styling was perfect; the kids, and adults alike enjoyed the program. The giant cake was extraordinary. Tummies were sumptuously filled, hearts were bubbling with laughter and joy. Memories captured and creatively recorded, and haggard but happy faces beautifully masked.

Our dearest bugoy turned 10 months this week 🥸

This little monkey has such a quirky personality now. He still looooves playing fetch with Mommy 🤾🏻‍♂️🌚
He has learned so many hand gestures now and is already trying to stand on his own. He also has a newfound love— drums 🥁 Both Daddy and I are still wondering where he gets his energy from?😂 We still need our sleep, boy. 🥲

Ayayaiii, how did time fly by so quickly? Slow down, slow down.

Daddy ’s 25th birthday 😜

His only request this year was to have a quiet time with us. Well, he has me so I don’t think we could ever do a hundred percent “quiet” 😂

I wanted to go to this year’s Winter Wonderland as it would be our first time with Aster. I imagined taking him in for rides, looking at the colourful displays. But guess what? He just slept the whooooole time 😂 And when we went out to go back to our hotel, he woke up 😑

We then had dinner at Galvin La Chapelle. The food and service were really impressive! But nothing beat the delivered midnight meal in the hotel 🤭

The next morning was bittersweet. We had breakfast and went for a short swim. We’re so glad Aster enjoyed the pool!🤩 But such a shame we had to cut it short and go back to reality ☹️

Still, grateful for even quick trips like these 💕

Daddy says thank you to all who remembered and greeted him 🖤

Yay, I’m 9 months today!👶🏻

Palanggiiiing. Today, we celebrate your 9th month of life. But we also celebrate our little family. It has been a loooong, hard Nov-Dec, especially with your health, our baby boy. But I’m thanking the heavens for giving us the strength to pull through, and you are getting back to your normal, superabnormal self 🤪
Hayyysst bahala na we wake up and play at 3am, so long as you’re not pooping 15x a day!!🥺

Daddy, thank you for all that you do and for looking after Aster when I, myself, was too weak to get up in the middle of the night. Even before and after your shifts, you did your best to support us in the house. Thank you.

And I pat myself too. Ayyyy I don’t know how I survived all the sh*t (pun intended 😅💩)and vomit I had to deal with, many times it was literally on me; the amount of laundry, the q1-2h feeding resulting to what seemed like an unending pile of bottles to wash, being unable to eat properly. I was literally running on coffee. 😂 Ahhh. The love of a mother, sabi nga.

Thanking all our friends and family here too who helped us in any way they could. Salamat sa mga food deliveries 😂 And to our families back home for praying for us always. 😘

Papa G, we’ll take better care of ourselves from now. I know it was just a trial. We trust You will carry us to a healthier end of and in the coming years!🙏🏻

It’s virus season again!🦠 Take extra measures to protect your little ones, especially if you work in the hospital. Look after yourselves and your families! Happy holidays ahead 🌟
