We are a community interest company that’s all about supporting people’s mental health and well-being through filmmaking, creating media content and teaching trade skills. Our mission is to inspire and equip people to be able to lead better lives and open them up to new career opportunities. We work with organisations and treatment centres in the mental health and well-being sectors of the communi

ty to tell people’s stories, share messages of hope and make awareness videos while teaching new skills. Meet the finalists for tonight's SOUP event in Thornhill!

1. "Buddy Check" - Supporting veterans with walk and talk groups and signposting to counselling, peer groups, helplines and services.

2. 11 weeks of relaxing, feel-good Tai Chi for Thornhill’s older residents. Led by a professional instructor.

3. Promoting The Green Hour: 6 peaceful nature walks on the Go Jauntly app. Made easy with maps, photos and local tips.

4. Kicking off a brand-new football club just for Weston’s young people.

Hear their stories and why this project is important to them. Then, at the end of the evening, vote to bring one of these projects to life!
