As a member of the group, you'll be asked to read and provide feedback on proposed policy changes, helping to ensure our policies are clear, fair, and meet residents' needs.

Resident Engagement August Round-Up

🎉 It's been a busy few weeks in our communities!

🌈 We loved supporting Park Community School's Connect4Families Summer Event, where children proudly showcased their colourful creations.

🎨 Janine and Gemma had a fantastic day at the Acorn Centre Kids' Clubs in Wecock Farm, with 22 children enjoying gem art and fidget bead making activities.

🤝 We were also delighted to welcome residents to our first ASB Focus Group, where valuable discussions took place around anti-social behaviour, evidence gathering and partnership working.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make these events such a success!

Read our performance report and share your views! 📄Through a series of workshops, you've helped us redesign the Portsmouth Homes performance report. Together, we've created a new report that's easier to read and focuses on the things residents told us matter most, including repairs, neighbourhood services, anti-social behaviour and complaints.

The new report gives you a clearer picture of how Portsmouth Homes is performing, where we're doing well, where we need to improve, and what we're doing about it. We want residents to be informed, ask questions, and hold us to account as we continue to improve our services.

⚠️RESIDENT CONSORTIUM UPDATE - unfortunately, the Resident Consortium meeting on Thursday 3 September has been cancelled. This is due to essential maintenance work at Somerstown Hub. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

The next Resident Consortium is on Thursday 1 October, 6-8pm, in The View Meeting Room 1, Civic Offices (Guildhall Square, PO1 2AL). This meeting will cover both September and October's topics.
