Set to a cinematic, somber soundtrack, this Week 6 drone flight captures the crucial secondary drainage installation before shifting focus to honor the memory and legacy of former Portsmouth manager Kenny Jackett.
Week 6 Pitch Facts:
•The ground crew is currently laying the brand-new hybrid sand-based surface.
•This £1.5 million redevelopment marks the biggest pitch transformation at the stadium in 70 years.
Remembering Kenny Jackett (1962 - 2026):
•Kenny Jackett was appointed manager at Fratton Park in the summer of 2017.
•He departed with a win percentage of 50.71%—more than any other man who has managed the Blues post-war.
•He guided Pompey to Wembley glory in the 2019 EFL Trophy final, with more than 40,000 Blues fans inside the national stadium.
