Still fresh, still inventive and still recognise as a DJ you are not the most important person in the room. The customers are and your relationship with them. Too many DJs don't look up and are too focused on the perfect mix. 90% of the time the only person who appreciates the mix is you. I can mix but recognise music selection and reading a crowd are what good DJs do
