Here’s what to expect from our Vinyl Market on the 21st of September 2PM - 7PM at Artch in Preston. We’ve got a total of four fantastic shops from across the county as well as a stall of DJ donations raising money for Mind Lancashire. There is also a bar, pizza, mental health stalls and coffee as well as open decks inside the three studios.

Preston DJ Social and OHYH aim is to help DJs use their passion as part of a positive mental health regime. Our events are about making friends, building support networks and checking in on each other. Friends and family welcome, come make a day of it.

OPEN DECK & SHOWCASE

On Sunday the 21st of September 2PM-7PM Preston Dj Social & Our House Your House will be partnering with AlphaTheta to host a Show Case and Open Deck event at Artch in Preston. We’re very excited to announce that attendees will be able to get a first hand look at the brand new AlphaTheta CDJ - 3000X.

The event will feature a Showcase talk on the newly released AlphaTheta CDJ - 3000X [2.15PM - 3PM] followed by an open deck across three studios (two digital [3PM], one vinyl [2PM]) all kitted out with top of the range AlphaTheta equipment.

On the day there will be a total of three AlphaTheta CDJ - 3000X’s on site; one in each of the digital open decks and one display unit with an AlphaTheta representative on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the day.

We’re also giving away the chance to win a brand new Pioneer DJ - DDJ - REV5 to everyone who buys showcase tickets and shares our competition poster.

We’re raising money for Lancashire Mind.

Lancashire Mind is an independent mental health charity dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of the people of Lancashire. Based in Chorley, the organisation supports individuals of all ages through a variety of services, including virtual and in-person wellbeing coaching, therapeutic services, housing support, community engagement projects and workplace wellbeing.

On Sunday 21st September 2 PM–7 PM Preston DJ Social & Our House Your House will be partnering with AlphaTheta to host a Showcase and Open Deck event at Artch in Preston.

Outside we will also be putting on a vinyl market with stalls from some of Lancashire’s best record stores as well as a charity stall to raise money for Lancashire Mind. If you are a vinyl DJ we’re asking for donations from your collection—whether it’s, doubles, records you’ve fallen out of love with, or anything you think a new DJ would benefit from, if you’d like to help raise funds please get in touch.

Sunday 15th of June (Fathers Day) we're back at for another Hangout and Open deck. Its been a hectic couple of months but looking forward to getting back to the basics, friends, food and fantastic music.

THE JUDGES DECISIONS ARE IN. ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE MADE TONIGHT.

Thank you to everyone who submitted. Very high standard of music in the first of what we hope will many producer competitions in the years to come.
