Issy is due to leave school this time and will start college in September.
Issy is looking for a like minded PA who she can spend some enjoyable time with having fun. Provisionally this could be on a Monday after school but could be flexible.
Issy has lots of interests including singing music performing and drama, participating in music quizzes having pampering sessions and going out bowling or to the arcade.

Gemma (not her real name) is a 36 year old woman who lives in her own bungalow in Radcliffe. Gemma is looking for PA’s who would be interested in joining her well established team on a casual basis to work as and when required.
Gemma is a real animal lover and has dogs and cats of her own so you will need to like pets.
Gemma enjoys going to the cinema, shopping, going out with her friends and walking her dogs. Gemma has her own car will need a driver for appointment’s dates and times will be given in advance.
Shifts to be covered at moment are as follows
Saturday’s 7 hours 11am -6pm
Sunday’s 7 hours 11am – 6pm

We are looking to expand the care team who support our daughter who has complex care needs. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated personal assistant who can offer consistency and a high level of care. Our care package is funded by the local Care Commissioning Group and as such offers peace of mind in terms of job stability.
The right person would need to be able to work two days per week (potentially thurs&fri). The day would start at 0745 at her home where you would es**rt her to school on the school bus (occasionally own vehicle if needed). During the school day you would need to attend to all of her medical and personal care needs including gastrostomy feeds, tracheostomy care and continence needs. You would need to offer emotional support at times to help her to access education.
After school you would bring her home before ending your shift at 16.30.
The role is based in our home in Ramsbottom with travel to school in Radcliffe.
This role is all year round so during the school holidays you would be spending time caring for her at home as well as accessing community activities as much as possible.
Our daughter is deaf and partially sighted and has learning difficulties therefore she requires someone with understanding and experience of working with children with similar issues.
You must be an incredibly caring and patient person but absolutely full of energy and fun. Her personality is wonderful and she enjoys being out and about exploring. She loves to be read to and has a fantastic imagination.
We will provide full training by our nurse trainer and a great rate of pay. There will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts, days and nights, to cover holidays and sickness. Enhanced DBS and full driving licence essential.
This really is a lovely role and a great opportunity for someone to work 1:1 with a really special little girl who despite her medical and care needs is full of joy and mischief.
We are aiming to get someone in post during August to allow time for shadow shifts, training and competency sign off before her return to school in September.
