What is kangen water?

Heeey I’m Kaysha 👋🏼

I am a strong but yet soft independent woman who has a big heart and a vision to make my dream life come true

I have been in the workforce since I was 13 that is 20 years of working for someone else’s dream and another 32 years till I can ‘officially retire’

And truthfully that just doesn’t sit right with me anymore
I would much rather work towards creating my own dream life to be able to have the time freedom to choose my days, my time as I desire to

But how is that possible without the money, well it isn’t

Which is why I have chosen to invest in myself and my future by partnering with company and business model that will create everything I have ever desired and beyond

The last year was a year spent learning and letting go of the pieces of myself that have held me back from reaching my full potential that I know I am so capable of

This is my year to build solid foundations, smash my goals and bring my visions to life

I am planting the seeds, setting myself up for success so that my future self gets to reap the rewards

Lots of exciting things coming up that is going to expand and stretch me more than ever before

As I get ready for my last two shifts of the year after having some beautiful days off to recharge and rejuvenate

It’s given me to opportunity to be truly present and reflect on the year that has been

While it hasn’t gone the way I envisioned it would, everything has happened exactly how it was supposed to

The learnings, the lessons, the trial and errors, the blocks, the breakthroughs, the wins & celebrations

The unplanned weeks even months in solitude

It all happened for me

I find it very humbling to acknowledge it all

So as we all welcome in the new year with all our big goals and visions,
Try to take a moment to honour

As every year we get to live is precious❣️

I once watched from my screen wishing I had the confidence to do what they do

I once yearned for the sisterhood and connection they shared

I once dreamed of being able to create an income online while showing up unapologetically as my true self

Getting out of my own way is the most rewarding decision I made for myself

Pushing through my own limiting beliefs and choosing to lead from my heart

To lead with confidence and full trust knowing that this is the path destined for me

My dreams of being confident in myself have surprised more than anyone will know

My dream of sisterhood is more than I could have possibly imagined

My dream of being creative and showing up just as me is flowing with so much liberation

How to begin stepping into your power?

It begins with learning who you are, loving who you are

taking the time to yourself, reflecting on what makes YOU unique and special

write down all the things you love about yourself, acknowledge what you have accomplished and be damn PROUD of it

What are you passionate about but haven’t yet started?

begin pursuing with devotion and dedication

nothing holds us back from achieving more, except ourselves

believe in your decisions and trust your intuition

set goals when you’re clear on what you want to achieve

having short-term and long-term goals can be really helpful in staying focused on what matters to you

take action, start doing the things that make you feel empowered and take risks - even if you’re scared!

when you take risks mistakes can happen but it's also where personal growth and development can take place - so don't be afraid of it

keep pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and celebrate the wins no matter how small they are

Believe in yourself and your abilities

adapt and grow from any negative experiences or setbacks – they can be great learnings

When you have these self-beliefs and internal motivation, suddenly anything is possible

For a moment I thought I was loosing myself but what I came to realise, it was actually the complete opposite

I’ve been shedding layers of the old version of who I was to allow room for me to step into a newer version of me

Clearing out and letting go of what no longer serves me has had me grieving past versions of who I once was

I’ve grieved her with so much love for how far she has brought me

I’m beyond proud of her

Today I'm filled with more motivation, commitment to my life, dreams, and business than ever before

I'm excited to lead in a way that brings me joy to see those around me succeed
Whether it be within themselves, their businesses, or in life alone - it's a beautiful thing

We all have the opportunity, the power to craft our own paths
it comes with the ability to choose the life we wish to lead - to be the creators of our own destiny

Impossible is nothing, and with the right amount of belief any challenge can be conquered

The world is ever-evolving, and so must we

We must challenge ourselves and our vision in order to find growth

In order to achieve something truly remarkable

To create something that will last long after our time

To make a lasting impact that helps those around us

We can become so much more than we think we're capable of if we just believe in ourselves and the dreams we have for our lives

Just imagine what you're capable of if you truly believe in yourself and put in the effort to get there!

Life is too short to waste away in a dull state, without living our lives to the fullest

So don't let anyone stop you from achieving your goals and embarking on the journey of self-discovery

We all have our moments in life right when it gets a bit icky and we tend to retreat

That’s exactly what I’ve done these last few weeks, I completely retreated and took on more traditional work to distract myself from everything else

By doing this it has only slowed down my own growth and success for the goals and visions that I have for myself

I gave myself permission to be but now I’m calling myself out and kicking my own 🍑 into gear again

I love my job and the amazing people I get to work with daily

I also absolutely wholeheartedly LOVE my online space, my inspiring as f**k team and the beautiful connections that are made along the way of being in the online space

I chose this path to give myself a more brighter and fulfilled life

In the short amount of time being apart of this beautiful space, it’s given more that than I could have ever dreamed of . . .

When I couldn’t help myself or have a clear vision on where I was going, I knew I needed help and guidance

That’s exactly what I did, I asked for help

I was drawn to Holly’s ENERGY, her outlook on the world and her passion to see everyone Thrive

Holly usually does business mentorship’s to help woman succeed even more
So when I came to her for a personal life one she welcomed me in with open arms

I have so much respect and appreciation for this Angel, she took on my life as if it was her own

I know it was challenging for beautiful Hols as each day I would always be in a different head space 🤍
I needed constant accountability check in’s from her to make sure I was doing the thing and prospective from her eyes, for me to see what I couldn’t in myself ✨
