So no, getting a hair cut does not directly make your hair grow faster, as hair growth occurs at the follicle in the scalp, not the ends. However, regular trims will remove split ends and prevent breakage from travelling up the hair shaft which will encourage healthier hair and give it a far better chance of growing.

Mum founded Stones back in 2003 !

Mum is one of the best cooks ever, even the staff say so. Not just me 😂 they particularly love her home made salsa and it’s often requested.

She loves history and historical buildings. She secretly wanted to be an architect.

A random fact about her is that she has an interior design qualification and she had her first hair salon in Market Harborough which she walked away from after giving birth to me 34 years ago 🩷.

She absolutely loves Suffolk. I imagine she’ll want to live there again one day.

She is also a big animal lover.

She has 3 children and is the best Nonna (in my opinion) 🤍

Mum loves everything about hairdressing but her absolute dream appointment is a cut / restyle. ✂️

I have been a part of Stones for 10 years now

My Dinner on repeat is anything low UPFs 😂 if you know, you know. (I’m obsessed with healthy whole food and low toxic ingredients)

Outside of work I now spend most of my time with my 1 year old Daughter named Margot 🩷 I enjoy seeing my girlfriends for a coffee and a walk and spending time with my mum, Mags.

I’ve been with my husband for 13 years. He is 6 ft 6 inches tall and I am 5 ft 0 . We wonder how tall Margot will be 😂

I used to paint a lot. I enjoy being creative.

A random fact about me is that I used to carry worms in my pocket from the garden as a child. I’m animal mad!

Apparently I’m the therapist the staff never knew they needed 🥰

One day I hope to live near the seaside.

It’s hard to write about yourself so I asked the girls to write a few bits about me 😂 (hence the nickname and a few other bits)
